How to track multiple counters

Use Add Counter to create another tally. Click its name to label the category, then use its plus or minus button to adjust the value. Select a step of 1, 5, 10, or 50 on each card. For example, a carton counter with step 10 adds ten units per press while a separate loose-item counter can keep step 1.

What do the totals mean?

The combined total adds the values of all active counters. The active count is the number of cards on the board. Total clicks records adjustments rather than the sum of units counted, so adding ten units with a single press records one adjustment. The +1 All control adds exactly one to every card, regardless of its individual step setting.

Attendance, inventory, and scorekeeping

For inventory, name counters after shelves or product types and set steps that match the units you count. For attendance, use one card per entrance and adjust the matching card as people arrive or leave. For a game, label cards with player names. All cards belong to this one browser session and its saved state; totals are not synchronized between staff devices.

Export and save a copy

Export CSV downloads the current IDs, names, values, and step sizes for the counters on the board. It exports a snapshot of the board, not a timestamped history of every adjustment. Saved counters stay in this browser where localStorage is supported. Export important totals before clearing site data, deleting a card, or resetting the board.

Resetting and deleting

The 0 button resets one card. Reset All clears the values and adjustment total while retaining counter names. Deleting a card removes it from the board and the combined sum. There is no undo for deletion or reset on this tool. For a single total with recent action history and undo, use the main click counter.
